Melanee, Marcy, Rachel and I went to Women's Conference at BYU last weekend. We had a great time. The classes were great. Just getting away was even better. I had bought a dog from some people in Price Utah. They met us in Provo on Friday. Here is our new puppy. She was great on the way home. She didn't pee or anything. I dropped everyone off in Idaho Falls at 11:30 p.m. The second I leave them she starts going nuts. Whining and jumping all over. I couldn't figure out what was wrong with her. I was soon to find out. She pooped on the seat. I was in Idaho Falls, it was late and I didn't want to stop. I held her out of it and drove home like a crazy woman. Just my luck I tell you. We couldn't agree on a name. Everyone had their different ideas. Sunday we decided we would each write one name on a piece of paper and let her pick. We wrote them down and dumped them on the floor. She started eating one. Drum Roll.............................. The name is Tausha or Taush for short. I actually have been calling her Taushee. This was Brenan's girlfriend, Allison's, name that she picked. I actually had mentioned Tausha before so I was OK with it. She is a cutie. She is verily 6 weeks. She is pretty good. She has started biting everything in sight, mostly ankles and fingers. Oh the thrill of a puppy again. I am not sure I want to go through this all again. The hard part will be keeping her from being ran over until she is old enough to know better. Brenan took her to his bed the first night. At 5:30 he put her in the garage. She has finally quit crying every time we put her out. The third night Brenan got up in the middle of the night to try and get her to quit crying. What a good kid. I heard her and just let her cry.
Here she is in the bed we made her:

Dave having a tug-of-war with her. The gross part about this is she had already chewed on both ends of the rope. I think she won.

Trying to put on Kadens baseball helmet or maybe just chewing it up.

She's a cutie

She is so cute! I just started the whole puppy thing also... lets just say I am no longer baby hungry. Goodluck!! I cant believe Matt will be home so soon where does time go?
The dog is really cute, even if I didn't want to hold it. I'm glad to see Dave likes the dog, but putting the chew toy in his mouth is just gross!!!
Puppies are the best!!! She really is a cutie. Looks like you're having fun with her.
Cute puppy. I'm glad to see that Dave isn't bummed by chewing on dog toys. Yuck! Pretty soon Matt will be home. That's exciting.
