Matt's letter and pictures

4/10/09
Well its been a while since a letter so I better get after it so I don't get in trouble. This week we have been doing transfers. We are all through and now in the morning we will call out the transfers. We meet President at the mission office @ 7:00 a.m. We start by calling the East side because they are an hour ahead so that lasts for about an hour and then Saturday is spent on the phone planning how to get every body everywhere. We get calls all day because everybody wants to know where people are going. It then moves to the fun part, the transfer train. We will leave Rapid at 5:00 a.m. to head to Wyoming to pick up all the Elders there. The new missionaries fly in at about 12:30 and then they get a full day of training. Mostly the logistical things of the mission like cars, medical all those kind of things. I will be getting off the transfer train in Bismarck to start traveling. I will be there for a week and then to Fargo for another week. As I was planning my transfer it dawned on me that this will be my last time in Fargo other than a day for zone conference. That has made me realize how short my time is running. It is hard to swallow but its all part of the game, I guess. I am more excited than anything. After I spend a week in Fargo Elder Jennings and I will meet back in Rapid on April 28th to start the Zone Conference tour. It will last for about two weeks and then after that I will head to the Sioux Falls zone and spend a week there. After my week there I will return to Rapid City for the last time and do transfers with two new assistants whoever they are and will fly home on Thursday. That is a rough outline for the rest of my time as a missionary. Hard to believe. This last transfer was hard but I think this one is going to be good knowing that I have to soak everything in. Well I want to thank you all for everything that you have done and for the support you have been.& nbsp; I loved conference. I know that President Monson is a prophet and when you know that everything else we are asked to do will just fall into place if we do our part. I love all of you and thank you again.

Matt Looks really good and he will be home before you know it. Exciting! It sounds like he is a great missionary. You should be very proud of him.
